Q: How do I reserve an exhibit table?
A:
Fill out the Exhibitor Application (opens a new window with a Microsoft Word document application - don't have Microsoft Word?  Download the FREE Microsoft Word Viewer) and turn it in to
j-benham@bethel.edu. Payment (check drawn on US bank or money order) should be made out to “GCoMM 2006” with “Exhibit” on the memo line and sent to:

Q: What is the exhibit area like?  
A:
The exhibit area is in a large lobby right outside Benson Great Hall, where our plenary sessions will be held.  There is also some space on a second mezzanine level right up the stairs from the main lobby.  The exhibit area is very accessible, open, and conveniently located.

Q: Is there a divider/backdrop on which a banner may be fastened?
A:
Sorry, nothing may be fastened to the walls by exhibitors.

Q: What size and price are the exhibit tables?

Q: Will there be space behind the table for a chair?
A:
 Some tables will have space behind them, some will have chairs off to the side or in front.  Tables will be assigned on a first come, first served basis according to the order in which we receive applications.  We will make every attempt to accommodate your needs.

Q: Are the tables covered?
A:
Tables are not covered.  You may use your own table coverings, or if you choose, a table covering and skirt will be provided fro an additional fee of $25 per table.

Q: Are there electric outlets and/or extension cords available? 
A:
  There are several electric outlets available but no extension cords.  Please bring your own extension cords and power bar if you need them.

Q: Is there WiFi Internet access available?
A
: The exhibit space has wireless access to the Internet, with a few hard-wire connection spots as well.

Q: Is the exhibit area secure at night?
A:
The doors will be locked, but leaving “for sale” items out is understood to be at your own risk.

Q: May I sell books and other resources at my table?
A:
Yes.  There is a bookstore that will be selling resources as well.  If you sell items at your table, you will be responsible for your own sales tax collection and reporting.

Q: I want to have my organization included in the daily lineup of PowerPoint ads shown before plenary sessions.  Who is my contact for this and what does it cost?
A:
It costs $50 to have your PowerPoint ad featured. (Note: Sponsors are exempt from this fee*). Please indicate this on the application and send your PowerPoint slides to info@gcommhome.org .

*Platinum sponsors ($1000) receive free ads and an exhibit table.  Gold sponsors ($500) receive free ads and half of an exhibit table.  To learn about sponsoring, please write to info@gcommhome.org.
